  • Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed after deduction of applicable processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued once design approval is received or once material procurement has begun, whichever occurs earlier.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Conditions Apply

  • This policy is applicable only to services booked directly through our official website or verified contact channels.

  • Custom or special order items are non-refundable once ordered.
