1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking the service.

Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed after deduction of applicable processing fees.
No refunds will be issued once design approval is received or once material procurement has begun, whichever occurs earlier.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Conditions Apply
This policy is applicable only to services booked directly through our official website or verified contact channels.
Custom or special order items are non-refundable once ordered.
